It is important to remember this when ordering samples or if you need additional stair risers at a later date. To avoid any colour differences between different orders, we suggest ordering all stair risers required for the project at once.

• Every order is handmade to order just for you! How about that! Our production time is roughly 5-10+ business days.
• We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping via Canada Post.
• Current postal delivery times are 2-7+ business days in Canada, 6-14+ business days to the US and 4-8+ weeks for international orders.
• Import duties or taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
• Please take into consideration that customs officials may delay packages for a few days, and we are unfortunately unable to expedite this process.
